Cloud, customer experience and business: the themes of the three parallel events organized by Oracle at MiCo
Make no further commitments for Tuesday, November 5, but mark your schedule to attend the summit organized by Oracle: starting at 9.30 in the morning, at the MiCo in Milan will take place at the same time not one but 3 different events. In fact, the events, although all related to the Oracle world, will be dedicated to three distinct themes, each of which focused on a specific business area:
- Oracle Modern Cloud Day. The protagonist in this case will of course be the “cloud” and the entire portfolio of Oracle Cloud solutions. The topics related to the concept of as-a-service applied to software, platforms and infrastructures will be explored, with a focus on Oracle Autonomous Database, a platform that can update itself and, if necessary, correct errors without human intervention. Oracle Gen 2 Cloud Infrastructure will be unveiled, which will far outperform the previous generation, thanks to local NVM-based storage, also in terms of security.
- Oracle Modern CX Summit. At the same time, the Modern CX Summit will also take place, a day of seminars dedicated to the Customer Experience, where participants will learn new approaches to make the most of their data to improve the performance of their marketing strategies. Oracle’s CX Cloud Suite will be featured, an integrated set of applications to help manage the entire customer lifecycle, thanks to the combination of social features, messaging, localization and analytics that allow you to accurately follow the costumer journey of each customer.
- Oracle Modern Business Summit. The third event will instead be dedicated to finance, human resources management and the management of the entire production chain, paying special attention to the future of the business and industry 4.0. Among Oracle’s solutions, the protagonists here will undoubtedly be: the capabilities of the ERP Cloud for financial management, Oracle Human Capital Management‘s applications for the management of human capital, and, finally, the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Oracle suite, which includes Oracle Transportation Management, recently ranked among the industry leaders in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant.
It will therefore be a day full of meetings, presentations, technical sessions on business processes and testimonials from Oracle customers. A unique opportunity to get to know all the news and to make networking.
