For any information regarding this privacy notice, Users may contact the Data Controller at any time using the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By sending a written request to the Data Controller\u2019s registered office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By sending an e-mail to: info@alfasistemi.net.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Purposes of Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users\u2019 personal data (such as first and last name or any information submitted via contact forms) will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) <strong>Website navigation, management, and maintenance<\/strong>, including the detection of technical data required for browsing, such as the User\u2019s IP address; such data may also be processed to manage, prevent, or detect fraudulent activities or abuses harmful to the Website. The Website may collect both non-personal information and personal data through different categories of cookies or similar tracking technologies (e.g., widgets), where required, after the User has actively provided consent to the installation of such technologies via the cookie banner. Further details are available in the Website\u2019s <strong>Cookie Policy<\/strong> [LINK]. Where cookie-based information constitutes personal data, this Privacy Notice also applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) <strong>Legal obligations<\/strong>, i.e., fulfilling obligations established by law, authorities, regulations, or EU legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) <strong>Responding to Users\u2019 commercial information requests<\/strong>, sent through the appropriate contact form regarding services and\/or courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) <strong>Marketing communications and subscription to the \u201cScintilla\u201d email newsletter<\/strong>, through email contact details provided via the relevant form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e) <strong>Receipt of r\u00e9sum\u00e9s for personnel selection<\/strong>, through the dedicated form on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing personal data for the above purposes is optional but necessary; failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the User to browse the Website and\/or submit requests for information and\/or applications via the dedicated form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Website and the Data Controller\u2019s services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal data relating to minors. If data relating to minors is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted upon Users\u2019 request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Methods of Processing and Data Retention Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller will process Users\u2019 personal data using manual and electronic tools, following logics strictly related to the purposes stated above and, in any case, in a manner that ensures data security and confidentiality. Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the primary purposes described in paragraph 1, or according to what is necessary for the civil protection of both Users\u2019 and the Data Controller\u2019s interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data acquired through the application form will be stored for the duration of the candidate selection process, generally not exceeding 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter will be stored for a maximum of 24 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Legal Basis for Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the purpose under point <strong>1\/a<\/strong>, the legal basis for processing is the Data Controller\u2019s <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Website; therefore, no explicit User consent is required (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the purpose under point <strong>1\/b<\/strong>, the legal basis for processing is the need to <strong>comply with a legal obligation<\/strong> to which the Data Controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the purposes under points <strong>1\/c and 1\/e<\/strong>, the legal basis is the <strong>performance of specific requests and pre-contractual measures<\/strong> requested by the User; therefore, no explicit consent is required (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the purpose under <strong>1\/d<\/strong>, the legal basis is the User\u2019s <strong>explicit consent<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Scope of Communication and Disclosure of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller\u2019s employees and\/or collaborators in charge of managing the Website may have access to Users\u2019 personal data. These individuals, formally appointed as \u201cpersons authorized to process data,\u201d will process the data exclusively for the purposes stated in this privacy notice and in compliance with Applicable Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Third parties may also have access to personal data, acting as <strong>External Data Processors<\/strong>, such as providers of IT and logistics services functional to the Website\u2019s operation, outsourced service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Microsoft), cloud computing providers, professionals, and consultants located within the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data is also processed by <strong>Google LLC<\/strong>, acting as joint controller and providing tracking technologies within the Google Ads services used by the Company. Through these technologies (e.g., remarketing pixels, Google Analytics integrated with Google Ads), Google LLC may display personalized ads or request forms related to the Company within its services. These tracking technologies monitor Users\u2019 behaviour and interests on the Website and transmit such information to Google LLC, where the User has given consent via the cookie banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users have the right to obtain a list of the Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller by submitting a request using the methods described in paragraph 5 below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data will circulate exclusively within EU\/EEA countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Where processing is based on consent, the User may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
