We are looking for Finance and Supply Chain Consultants to join our Application Maintenance Service Team.

Tasks:
The Application Maintenance Service Team has the task of offering a complete and continuous support service on the ERP system installed at the customer’s premises both for Italian companies and for foreign subsidiaries; the person will become part of a team already structured and led by a Service Manager, the sole contact person for the customer, who has the task of qualifying and harmonizing the services provided.
The person will be placed side by side with senior resources who will guide him/her in the training and will gradually make him/her autonomous in offering the customer the solutions related to the daily operations of using the ERP.
Requirements:
- Degree or master’s degree in: Business Economics, Economics and Commerce (Finance) / Management Engineering (Supply Chain)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good interpersonal and customer communication skills, interest in the IT industry
- No specific experience required
