IT Help desk (Customer Service) | English speaker | Thai National only

Alfa Sistemi is a leading company in the system integration of ORACLE application and technological solutions. It is one of the few Italian companies to have been awarded the ORACLE PARTNER logo since 2003. Being a Partner means first of all certifying your skills on at least five product lines and today we have highly qualified and Oracle certified personnel.

Alfa Sistemi in now expanding its business in Thailand, and for our startup we are looking for a person to be insert in our staff in the position of IT Help Desk, English speaker (Thai nationality only).

 

Job Descriptions:
• Provide application and operational support to ensure that client help desk expectations are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts;
• Respond to user’s concern via telephone, email, chat or videoconference promptly and efficiently;
• Accurately log all help desk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Info;
• Perform other functions or prefects, which may be assigned by upper level;
• Liaise with the client and develop a professional strong relationship;
• Customer training and On Site Support on Roll Out Projects in Thailand.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business and Economics, Management Engineering, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer or related fields and Languages;
• New graduated is welcome;
• Experience in IT Support, Call Center, or the other related fields is welcome;
• Proven experience in telephone and other media support of external customers in successfully resolving the specific problems will be an advantage;
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and basic IT Applications is mandatory;
• Very good command in English Language, both written and spoken.

Training Provided: we are offering an attractive remuneration package and a comprehensive training program. Working Time: from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00. Office is located at Central Tower, Rajdamri Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok .

ERP consultant in Supply Chain

Tasks:

  • The successful candidate will be trained  to start the career  path as a consultant in the field of administration and control;
  • After an appropriate training period, the consultant will join one of the Alfa Sistemi project teams, and will be assigned responsibility tasks that are compatible with his/her level of autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Degree or master’s degree in Management Engineering;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Availability to go on business trips in Italy and/or abroad;
  • Communication and relational skills;
  • Good attitude to team work;
  • Problem solving skills (analysis, spin-off, problem solving);
  • No previous experience required.

ERP consultant in Finance and Control

Tasks:

  • The successful candidate will be trained  to start the career  path as a consultant in the field of administration and control;
  • After an appropriate training period, the consultant will join one of the Alfa Sistemi project teams, and will be assigned responsibility tasks that are compatible with his/her level of autonomy, for example, assisting the solution users by supporting them in their daily operation.

  • Degree or master’s degree in: Business Economics, Economics and Commerce, Economics-Economic Science, Management Engineering;
  • Good knowledge of English;

  • Communication and relational skills;
  • Good attitude to team work;

  • No previous experience required.

Junior technician (Java-Middleware Oracle)

The Company offers continuous training related to a constant and monitored professional development.

Tasks:

  • technician on Oracle Technology;
  • The candidate, after an adequate training period, will join the Alfa Sistemi development team that deals with ERP Oracle management system.

Requirements:

  • Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science,  Information Science or IT expert.
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Communication and relational skills;
  • Problem solving skills (analysis, spin-off, problem solving);
  • Good attitude to team work;
  • Availability to go on business trips in Italy and/or abroad;
  • Academic knowledge of:
    • HTML5/Javascript
    •  CSS
    • Groovy
    • JSP
  • Would be considered an advantage, the knowledge of:
    • SQL – PI/SQL
    • Java
    • weblogic
    • Oracle Webcenter Sites
  • No previous experience required, but will be an advantage to have previous experience in a similar position.

Alfa Sistemi Academy

Alfa Sistemi designs, activates and manages INTERNSHIP aimed at university students from various institutions and universities, such as, for example, the University of Udine and the H-FARM innovation campus. The Internship path will give young talents without any work experience the opportunity to get to know the work environment, to enrich their skills by learning a profession to acquire the application elements of a specific activity and to develop new skills.

Our program offers selected young people the opportunity to achieve tangible results, able to concretely enrich their professional and human baggage.

The purpose of the Alfa Sistemi Academy course is to train the participants and bring added value to the company itself by hiring them; once the internship has been completed, the resources could in fact be included with an open-ended employment contract within the Alfa Sistemi team.
